
Willow ABA Services is currently seeking a RBT Training Coordinator to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provide center-based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum, and guide new RBTs through the training and onboarding process!
As an RBT, you will maintain your RBT certification and model high-quality ABA services for all RBTs on the team. In addition, you will spend up to 10 hours per week training and guiding new RBTs as they make their transition to being independent!
A quick look at what this position entails:
Direct therapy implementation using trained ABA skills.
Collecting & recording data during sessions, graphing client progress.
Receiving direct supervision under a BCBA.
Abiding by HIPAA guidelines.
Participating in all-staff trainings.
Demonstrating client programming for parents.
Conduct orientation with new hires
Training checks – create/review/track training schedules, creating trainee learning trees, and monitor progress. Ensure all targets are trained and provide role play opportunities if opportunities are not available in session.
Daily check-ins with new hires.
Additional training: Session notes, instructional notes, or any other needed trainings
Working with BCBA’s to implement additional ABA specific trainings as needed (e.g., pairing, contriving motivation, error correction, etc.)
Communication with trainers, BCBAs, OM, and CD on status and progress of training
Ability to float across clients and implement protocols to fidelity with minimal support
Conduct fidelity checks on trainees
Ability to have conversations about progress and provide direct feedback
Initiative toward developing and implementing new training systems (under direction of Senior BCBA & CD).
Requirements:
Associates or bachelor's degree Graduates (preferred)
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
Full-time hours (Monday-Thursday 8-5pm, Friday 8-4:30pm)

Rate: Raise from $1.50-$2.50 contingent on education and experience
